We had a lovely relaxing time in this property. It really felt like home and had everything you could need. The kitchen was very well stocked and the double basins in the bathroom were great. Lots of games and entertainment options were also available including kayaks and a pool table. But the best thing of all was the absolutely stunning views from the deck.

Motupipi is a hidden gem where you can completely relax without disturbance from other holiday makers. The accommodation is a step back in time …real Kiwiana. Very comfortable and well equipped for all your needs. Friendly hosts who welcomed us very warmly.Thank you Starr family , you have a gem waiting to be discovered by like minded people.

Awesome location- nice place to destress with the family. We were a group of 7; the weather limited outdoor access- if fine it would be superb. It would be amazing for a smaller group or two couples. A definite place to revisit.

We had a perfect stay at Carnie and Ivan's place. The house is ideally located right on the beach and has everything you need. The studio is located under the main house yet is very private and has spectacular views of the ocean. We were there for eight nights and felt right at home. The bed is comfortable, with loads of pillow choices and a well-stocked kitchenette. My husband enjoyed Ivan's local knowledge and they both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 5 nights and could not have asked for anything more! Kris went out of her way to make sure you had everything you needed and if you didnt need anything, you had your privacy on their beautiful property. A very special place that we are very grateful to have stayed at.
