REGISTRATION - To comply with the Hotel Guest Registration Act all guests must complete an online guest registration form prior to checkin.
PARKING - Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking space only and must not be on or crossing the lines at the side of the space, or protruding into the driveway area. The maximum dimensions for any vehicle allowed in the parking garage are: Height 6 feet 8 inches; Length 17 feet; Width 8 feet 6 inches. If you are not sure of your designated parking spot, please contact your hotel host. All other parking spaces are reserved and any improperly parked or oversized vehicles are subject to being towed.
NO SMOKING - There is to be no smoking, vaping or burning incense in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere else in the complex (inside or out). There will be a $400 cleaning charge deducted from the security deposit for anyone violating this rule.
NO PARTIES - There are to be no parties. To avoid parties the guests' names are to be provided at the time of booking and only these booked guests are allowed on the property, unless a written exception is granted by the host. The booked guests are not permitted to invite their friends or others onto the property without this written permission.
QUIET TIME - You are required to be quiet and not make excessive noises between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
BUILDING SECURITY - Do not allow anyone you don't know to follow you into the building or parking garage. All strangers must have their own key fob to enter. Security cameras are used in the common areas of the property. These cameras are used for safety and security, to verify guest count, and to enforce the rules (no smoking, no unauthorized parties or events, place trash in the garbage room only, etc). Your privacy is fully respected, and no cameras are placed in your unit.
BE TIDY - Do not litter or create a mess in the lobby, hallways, elevators or other common areas. Trash is to be placed in the garbage room in the containers provided.
BE NICE - You must not disturb or harass the permanent residents or other guests in the complex and you must be courteous and respectful to them at all times. Foul language and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
BUILDING RULES - The building management is very particular and the building complex rules are strictly enforced. You must obey all of these rules, including the pool rules, and all Strata Bylaws of the complex, or you could be subject to a $200 fine and/or the immediate termination of your rights to be in the building.
YOU ARE A GUEST – You are not a tenant or resident; you are a guest. Guests are not permitted to move furniture, bicycles or similar large items into or out of the unit. The hotel staff are not excluded from possession and may enter to clean, inspect and repair the premises, or to ensure compliance with the rules. The legal right to stay in the unit terminates immediately if any rules have been violated.

The condo was in a convenient inner harbor location. You are walking distance to virtually any thing that you could need. The condo was perfect and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely spectacular view from this condo!! Loved watching the sunsets from the balcony. Very nicely appointed unit. The finishings were nice, excellent kitchen and very appealing. Would stay here again for sure.
Family friendly, convenient location, beautiful city views!
The apartment comfortably fit our family (grandparents, toddler, and dog), and was clean and included all amenities. It was very conveniently located and within walking distance to multiple attractions in downtown Victoria. Pool on premise was a plus for kids. Host was responsive and available to answer questions. We would stay there again.
The apartment was exactly as described. Lots of attention to detail, coffee options, spices and condiment basics. Very comfortable beds the property manager went above and beyond. This is now our num we 1 rental in Victoria.
Our stay was perfect. All amenities, 180’ views over downtown and some harbor were just what everyone wishes to have. Apparent was perfectly clean, modern and comfortable. All you wish to have for your home- was there, including a good brand of teas, coffee machine for capsules, that were provided and a drip coffee maker. We definitely will come back again.
The property is in the heart of Victoria with a panoramic view of the town and the harbor. Wonderfully decorated, spacious, luxurious... I could keep going. Kitchen had great appliances: stove fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeeemaker, washer dryer. Miriam was very receptive when we couldn't figure out the fancy blender, even sending us a how-to video!
In summary, this is the place to stay in Victoria!!!
It was in a great location and well stocked with towels, blow dryer , coffee, teas, laundry supplies. The view was amazing. There was 2 elevators and one was down. If they both weren’t working that would have been a huge problem. We were on the 16th floor and that would have been a big issue for my 82 year old mother. I would stay there again

I love being this close the Gov't Building, the waterfront, Beacon Park, good eats, great walks and this place easily checked all those off. But when we stepped into the apartment, we all immediately relaxed and almost wanted to not even leave the place. *Fabulous* views, beautiful layout, comfortable and luxurious linens, tea options for me and coffee for the rest of the party. The communication was great and I would absolutely stay here again. If the world were magical, we'd be able to get in with code, so that we wouldn't have to figure out when to meet up to get the fob, but on the other hand, the building and garage are secure, so many guests would probably happily make the trade. (However, Victoria has always felt very safe, so it has never occured to me to prioritize security in a rental in that area.) I look forward to bringing my family and renting here again.

The air conditioning was out and had been for multiple days, but we were only informed about it at 5 AM via email on the day of our arrival leaving us with no options. However, Miriam did provide fans and the weather was cool enough we were able to make it work until air conditioning was fixed on our second to last day.
The exterior windows needed cleaning, but otherwise, the place was spotless.
One nice improvement would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
Sirens and street noise are loud - even on floor 16.
Very well equipped with every appliance and kitchen gadget - it felt like being at home! We would absolutely stay here again!
