The 2018 newly renovated, friendly 2-room apartment has a bedroom, a living room with additional sleeping alcove, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There is a parking space in front of the house. Pets are allowed. 

The bright living room has a sofa bed with a lying area of 1.40 mx 2.00 m, where two people can sleep. A television with satellite channels and a music system are available.

Accessible from the living room is a sleeping alcove in a pitched roof. Here is a box spring bed with a lying area of 1.80 m x 2.00 m.

The bedroom has two single beds that can be put together if required. The three-door wardrobe offers plenty of space.

In the kitchen is a dining table, which offers space for dining. Sink, dishwasher, combination refrigerator and worktop equip the kitchen. An electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven offers the opportunity to cook. Toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle and dishes are available. Ironing board and iron are available. The bathroom has a modern shower / WC.

We offer two apartments in Neuengroden, a district with many green areas. On the first floor of a former farmhouse are these beautiful light-filled holiday homes. Dogs are welcome. Wi-Fi and washing machines are available. The apartment 1 is designed for a maximum of four people. Another extra bed would be possible. In the apartment 2 are six beds available.

Delightful, spacious, and comfortable apartment

My husband worked in Wilhelmshaven and I accompanied him with our little dogs. The apartment is really nice, bright and feels like home, and the kitchen is fully-stocked for cooking. In addition, the neighborhood was super great for walking our dogs with lots of green space and a great park also very close. It was also easy to reach the Lidl for groceries - only a 5-minute walk. Frau Buschmann was helpful and nice. It was a great choice for us. The only problem was that the internet was not reliable, so I wasn't able to do much work there.

Kontaktaufnahme war okay, die Dame war auch nett. Es war nicht sauber zB auf der Wohnzimmerlampe earen sehr große Staubflocken, in den Küchenschränken; vor allem im Topfrondell war es dreckig, im Bad war es schimmelig, roch auch so, auch nicht so sauber.

Die Wände sind hellhörig. Wenn die eigenen Haustiere sehr geräuschempfindlich sind, sollte man es sich zweimal überlegen. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Einzelbetten und das zweite Bett aufgrund der schrägen nur für sehr kleine Menschen(unter 1.50m) geeignet. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr freundlich. Der Standort ist super, um schnell nach Wilhelmshaven und die Strände im Norden zu kommen. Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Gute Lage, leicht zu erreichen, nahe des Stadtparks, Bäcker, Drogerie und Discounter gegenüber. Die Wohnung ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 4 Tage in der Ferienwohnung mit 3 Kindern (9J, 5J, 5J) verbracht. Die Vermietern lebt mit im Haus und zeigt einem die Wohnung persönlich. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist über eine etwas längere und steilere Treppe zu erreichen. Mit kleineren Kindern vielleicht etwas schwierig, aber für uns war es okay. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Super ist, dass man keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen muss und die Betten sogar schon bezogen waren. 1 Koffer und Arbeit gespart. Dadurch das Haustiere willkommen sind, haben wir hier und da ein Tierhaar gefunden. Für uns aber auch kein Problem. Am beliebtesten war die Schlafnische in der Dachschräge. Unsere Kinder haben dort viel gespielt und gerne und gut geschlafen. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ruhig. Direkt an der Straße befindet sich ein Lidl, ein Rossmann, ein Bäcker und eine Tankstelle. Alles in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und top für die tägliche Versorgung. Wir sind zufrieden und würden unseren nächsten Besuch in WHV wieder dort verbringen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und höflich. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was macht braucht. Angefangen von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Föhn war alles vorhanden. Kann ich jedem empfehlen der Urlaub in Wilhemshaven/Nordseeküste machen möchte.
