Newly Renovated! The perfect combination of seclusion, yet close to everything! Relax and enjoy the privacy of our 4 bedroom home. Located in the Maggie Valley Country Club community, come enjoy all that Treetop Tranquility has to offer. Cozy up to the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit, take a dip in the hot tub, or enjoy the deck looking over the mountain. Play golf at the public Maggie Valley Country Club just minutes from the house. Enjoy the outdoor charcoal grill or make s’mores at the fire pit with friends and family with ample seating with two picnic tables and chairs.

Motorcycle friendly and accessible.

Explore the shops and restaurants in Maggie Valley, or use the house as a home base with the many surrounding attractions within an hours drive. Hike in the Smokey Mountains or take a drive on the blue ridge parkway nearby. Shopping in downtown Waynesville is just a 15 minute drive away, or adventure into Asheville in under an hour. Press your luck at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino or experience the culture in Cherokee which is just a 30 minute drive. If you’re into winter sports we are a short drive to the Cataloochee ski area, or try Tube World for those less adventurous. Both are open seasonally.

When it’s time to wind down, come back to the cozy home and sit by the gas fire in the living room. The living room and game room have a 50 inch, Roku smart TV. All TVs throughout the house have a Xumo streaming box that comes with downloaded apps you can log into, along with the Spectrum App that has standard Spectrum cable. High speed internet is also available throughout the house.

Wildlife is around in the mountains. From deer and elk to red foxes and bears. Please be aware of this.

Tranquil indeed!

We had the BEST stay at Treetop Tranquility! The property was exactly as described. We had a question about the fireplace and Clay responded immediately with the answer. The location is perfect for a quick getaway and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay in this mountain home. Close to Maggie Valley, but secluded for privacy. Ping Pong Table and Darts were a hit with the kids! Cleanest hot tub we’ve had at a VRBO! Wonderful stay!

Family Reunion

Our family stayed at the property while attending a family reunion in the area. Property was a great size to accommodate us. Really enjoyed spending the evenings sitting by the fire pit. Loved how secluded the property was.

Perfect getaway

Our stay at Treetop Tranquility was everything we hoped it would be. We look forward to our week in October every year and this year a little more than most. From the moment we arrived, everything was just wonderful. From the decor to the view to the indoor fire place, outdoor fire pit, and of course the hot tub. It was a much needed break from our normal routine and it was amazing. Our whole family loved it. 10/10 would definitely book this cabin again!

Nice weekend away!

Perfect getaway to recharge the batteries. Cute place at the top of the mountain to give privacy but convenience. Minutes from grocery and gas to allow for anything you didn't bring. Had a fun time playing ping pong, taking walks through the neighborhood and quick dips in the hot tub. A great stay!

Winter Family Vacation

The property is very nice and secluded. The hot tub is great. The kitchen is great for cooking with all necessary pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. and equipment. Two different kinds of coffee makers and toaster. The driveway took my breath the first time, but I got used to it. Very steep. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

Family time

We had a great time at this property. We had 4 kids ranging in age from 11 to 16. They weren't bored. The property was very clean and the host was available for assistance. We will go back. Highly recomend this property.

Perfect place for our weekend!

Everything about the house was perfect! It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table, gas fireplace, and the hot tub. The host was very attentive and checked in after our arrival, during our stay and afterwards to see if we needed anything or if there was anything that they could improve. It was within easy driving distance to Cataloochee and Waynesville where there are lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Boojum). We would happily stay here again when we come back next year!

Beautiful home with a nice wooded hillside view. Owner was very accommodating. Hot tub was unfortunately not functioning properly however the comfort of the home more than made up for it!

What a view!!!

This property was perfect for our family get together. The open floor plan allowed our family to sit in different areas and still visit. The kids loved the table tennis and fire pit. I made a large family meal and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The fall view, colors and location was spectacular. Definitely a excellent stay. The owners are fast and friendly with any questions even before the stay! A+ rating!

Weekend Stay

The house was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Clay was very communicative throughout the entire process and couldn’t have been better to rent from. Beds were comfortable and the recliner in the living room was the absolute best. Was nice to have the fireplace running and be in comfortable seats. Ping pong table was a nice addition along with the hot tub. Amenities were great. Couldn’t have a fire due to the severe draught but the fire pit looked cozy. Electric heater in the bathroom was great as well. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Great place to stay with lots of parking, but not for trailers or inexperience bikers.

Home was very clean with great beds. Nothing bad at all to say about the house or owner. Home had everything we needed. Location was great and close to town. It was not easy getting a 16ft trailer around the turns though. Even though my very experienced motorcycle riding group did not have an issue getting up the paved drive to the cabin, there is a very steep, maybe 45 degree incline that would cause problems for lesser riders. 5/5 otherwise.

My fiancé, now husband, and I rented this house with 3 other couples! We came up to the mountains for our elopement! The house is beautiful, well stocked for cooking, lots of towels and extra blankets available! The four bedrooms were great! The views were amazing from the decks! We loved the hot tub! And the guys loved the ping pong and dart board! The property manager was available easily via messages to ask questions and gave tips on the area. We did t want to leave! We all had a great time and will definitely be back and rent this home again for many trips to come!!!

Inviting and comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was beautiful waking up in the mountains, surrounded by trees. We loved how close we were to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood (behind the country club) felt safe. We liked that we had enough space for everyone in our group, with my parents taking the downstairs bedrooms. The owner was very responsive and instructions for check in and out were clear and simple. The place was super clean and pretty well stocked. My only small suggestion would be to have more sizes of pots and pans for cooking, and to update some that are worn out. But we made do. The best part was feelings away from it all and relaxing in a place that has obviously seen a lot of joy and good times come through it. We hope to come back some day.

Hands Down to TreeTop Tranquility

My family and I wanted to get away from the everyday lifestyle we have in Central Florida. We visited Maggie Valley a couple of years ago for a day trip while on vacation and fell in love with the town. We decided that our next vacation to the mountains it would be Maggie Valley. I found the TreeTop Tranquility home on VRBO and it was the best decision ever! It is secluded and we enjoyed the home very much! We have a Bernese Mountain Dog who absolutely fell in love with this property too! Everyone loved that they had their own room! We enjoyed the amenities, fire pit, hot tub, balcony and porch on both sides of the house. We were very close to the town, ski resort, tubing, and shopping! The home owner checked in with us, which was very thoughtful. We definitely will stay here again! Hands down to Clay and family for having us vacation in their home!

Excellent stay and location! The house was easy to access via paved roads, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. There are a few houses nearby, but the property felt very secluded, quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect mix of privacy and ease of access into Maggie Valley. Clay was also a great host! Very happy we booked this rental and hope to be back!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I happened upon Maggie Valley kind of accidentally and fell in love with it. We traveled here four times in a two year span. We decided to purchase a property here to use ourselves and share with others. It is a great little town with plenty of activities and restaurants, but also quiet enough to sit back and relax. It is a short drive to many other towns and attractions as well.

What makes this property unique

Seclusion, yet 5 minutes away from almost anything you need. Seclusion without having to travel too many windy roads and going to the top of a mountain. House is great for family’s, multiple couples, or groups. Motorcycle friendly and accessible.
