This home is simply stunning! Luxurious open floor plan with coffered ceilings, hardwood floors and gas fireplace. Beautifully furnished, custom built pine dining table that seats 10 comfortably in addition to four people around the island bar. Upgraded kitchen with gas stove. There is a 65 inch TV above fireplace in main living room. Newly built in 2021 - all new furnishings, professionally decorated.

You will love the Coastal vibe of this home and the impressive amenities in this resort community just 2 miles from Lewes Beach. Amenities include indoor lap pool with hot tub, outdoor adult and kids pools, kids playground, huge eloquently appointed clubhouse and full health/work out facilities, pool tables, fireplace, bar and restaurant. There is a three mile hike/bike/walking trail as well.

The first floor bedroom suit has a king bed with 50 inch smart TV and en-suite full bath with double sink, granite counter tops, floor and shower. This room is very bright and airy and is just off the main living area. There are five additional bedrooms; two on the main floor, one with a queen bed and one with 2 queen beds that share a full bath on that level. The second floor has an "in-law" suite with living area with flat screen TV, full bath and additional bedroom with king bed. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are on the lower level along with a full bath with combination shower/tub. One bedroom has 3 twin beds and the second bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite half bath. There is a very large lower level family room (24x15) with 65 inch TV and comfy family room furniture.

Coastal Club is one of the most amenity rich communities at the Beach. Food and bar service is available in the club Thursday through Sunday and sometimes one day during the week. You are just 2 miles from Lewes Beach and downtown Lewes, approx 5 miles to Rehoboth Beach.

Guests provide sheets, towels, soap and paper products for their stay.

Per guest over 5 years fee per week ($100-prepurchase/$130-purchase on arrival) for use of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, gym and clubhouse. Daily pass can be purchased for $30/day. All amenity passes are optional.

There is a $20 cash deposit required for key fob that grants entry to the amenity area-This is returned when fob is turned in at the end of your stay.

We are dog friendly up to two dogs. $250/week for one dog, $500/week for two dogs.

This house is not rented to groups under 30.

Off season rates: Rates Oct to April 1 are for up to 7 guests. Each addition guest is $45 per night (except Christmas and New years were full rates apply)

All groups are required to purchase $3000 accidental damage insurance and pay a $500 refundable security deposit. We highly suggest you purchase trip insurance as we do not offer any refunds once booked. If you have any questions, please let us know.
