Disappointed but chose to enjoy..
Listing was miss leading. Unit poorly/incompletely undated and as listing reads gym is unavailable I was wrong pool was also closed more like condemned. Fallen caution tape and mesh surrounds the pool area. Cunstruction has been halted due to permits. Sign posted at front office door. Other units are also condemned due to permits. Overall building is in very poor condition ceiling are pealing, doors and door frames look deteriorated, elevator is old and scary. Our unit was very dirty. Dirt on all baseboards, doors, walls, ceiling kitchen, furniture. Hair was still on vanity, dirty bathtub, dirty comforter on bed with blood stains, loose fixtures in bathroom where insulation is visible. Toilet was not working due of water pressure problems which site worker later confirmed. Communication stopped with one of the owners after the pool misunderstanding. I reached to the other owner who offered various discount which I did not take. I was so angry I just wanted to leave. Spoke to VRBO who due to policy's could not do anything. Owner waved cleaning fee send a plumber to check toilet but water pressure had already come back. I can go on and on. I eventually had no other choice but to stay. Unit served it purpose for sleeping after I changing the dirty comforter. I loved that it was close to everything. Beach access and views were great. Kitchen is well equipped. Property has great potential! It needs a-lot of quality TLC. Would definitely stay again once everything is updated.
