The house "Am Knill 42" is located on a Pfeifenstielgrundstück on the border of the district Farmsen-Berne. Parking is available in front of the house. The U1 (Farmsen) is within walking distance in 12 minutes. From there you are in 22 minutes at the main station. The EURO-University (ILS) is within 15 minutes walking distance. There is also a bus connection there. Restaurants available.

Combined bedroom and living room with a small hallway. Cooking facilities are not available in the apartment (35 m²), but a kettle and a Nespresso machine. There is also a fridge and a microwave. Coffee, tea and mineral water are included in the price. Breakfast can also be served on request. There are in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance in 15 minutes) 2 bakeries, which offer 7 x weekly breakfast. All windows are equipped with opaque Venetian blinds.

Private entrance and exit to the garden with sitting area. We are happy to provide our guests with two bicycles on loan. We also have a 24-inch bike for a child. With it you can go shopping or to the subway, or you can also reach the EURO-FH (about 2.5 km from us). We can also provide an air mattress with bed linen for a third person for an additional charge of € 3.00 / day.


If required, our guests can also do their laundry with us and we can also provide an iron.

Lovely quiet place

Clean little hideaway in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very attentive hosts. Everything was lovingly arranged and decorated. Kitchenette suffices for breakfast and lunch type foods (no cooking - just microwave) which suited us well for our stay.

Klein und fein

In der 1-Zi-Wohnung ist alles enthalten, was für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt wird, sogar Kaffee, Tee und Wasser stehen bereit. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Hauses, das in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Garten liegt. Eine ungestörteTerrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter geben hilfreiche Empfehlungen zur Erkundung von Hamburg und Umgebung. 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung und die Gastgeber gerne weiter. H. + C.

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten hier eine sehr erholsame Woche. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt, in absolut ruhiger Lage und die U Bahn ist ca. 1km entfernt. Gefallen hat uns, dass wir auch im Garten sitzen konnten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten Hamburg und Umgebung erkunden.

Ein Urlaub zum genießen

Wir wurden menschlich sehr gut aufgenommen und auch die Ruhe war ein Genuss. Wenn man auf dem Freisitz den Abend genießt wird einem nicht bewusst wie nah man am Leben der Großstadt ist. In wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Puls von Hamburg. Dort machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub.

Einfach wunderbar !

Ich war aufgrund meines Studiums für eine gewisse Zeit in Hamburg und hatte mir diese Unterkunft gemietet. Ich würde es immer wieder machen ! Sauber, ordentlich, klasse strukturiert und mit bedacht alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Die Vermieter versorgen einen nicht nur mit Getränken und Handtücher sondern haben tolle Tipps und Infos für ein nettes Freizeitprogramm ! Wunderbar !! Viele Grüße

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Man ist Ausserhalbs aber fühlt sich doch wie zuhause hier

Stadtnahe Unterkunft im Grünen

Unser Dank gilt nochmals dem Ehepaar Schmidt-Siebrecht. Wir haben die Zeit bei Ihnen genossen. Danke für die vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder ermöglichten es uns, recht vorteilhaft und schnell zur U1 zu kommen sowie von uns gesteckte Ziele zu erreichen. Natürlich hatten wir auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Einliegerwohnung!

Die kleine Wohnung lässt keinen Wunsch offen für ein langes und erholsames Wochenende in Hamburg. Kaffee, Tee, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle erlauben auch sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebe- und stilvoll gewählt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr ruhig und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Dank gilt den Gastgebern, die bereits durch das Abholen am U-Bahnhof das Ankommen versüßt haben. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war die offene Art und die Möglichkeit des persönlichen Austausches sehr angenehm.
