A fabulous view of Lake Bolmen awaits you at this vacation home.
It is located high in Järanäs in Småland. 2000 of the 6000 m² property is meadow, ideal for playing. Only one neighbor. Own jetty with boat dock and a beautiful sandy beach is just below the cottage. You buy the fishing license from the owner. Tiled bathroom, bright nice bedroom. Kitchen of older date. Owner keeps lawn mower and motorcycle in basement. Shared washing machine.
There is great fishing in lake Bolmen. S04053 is about 500 m away. Shopping in Ljungby or Halmstad. In Halmstad there is a lido. Not far from Tylösand are two golf courses. The boat is available from May to September.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 100.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
