Awesome home in Hyltebruk with sauna

Directly by the lake Södra Färgen awaits you with a cottage. In the background are lingonberry bushes and a birch forest. Not only for swimming it is wonderful here, the stocks of trout, zander and perch are excellent. You have your own boat at your own jetty. A motor is available for rent. The house is well furnished and equipped for your comfort with sauna, fireplace and air conditioning. You can reach the loft with peaked roof via a staircase from the living room. You can also enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the terrace and living room. The terrace extends to the private jetty. The neighboring house S04762 is also rented, ideal for vacations with friends. Many lakes, including Bolmen and Unnen are nearby. You are in a lake area that consists of the Södra, Mella and Stora Färgen and extends to 1200 hectares. The lakes can be navigated by boats. When there is snow, you can park just 200 meters from the house. Access to the common extra refrigerator and freezer unit. The homeowner reports:

My grandmother tells that my grandfather was killed in a work accident in the forest. When my parents got married in 1954, grandfather's good friend made it possible to buy a plot of land here. So they could also build a house. Because of the good friendship that existed between him and my grandfather, he had made this possible. In 2010 I bought the field in addition, so that the beautiful forest landscape was preserved. S04762 was renovated and S04761 was built here last.
