- The unit includes a private one-car garage and an additional space in front, totaling two parking spots. Street parking is also available and free for up to three nights with city approval. Milwaukee's Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar (8 blocks away) make transportation easy, and Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

* Neighborhood:
- Brewer's Hill is a tranquil, tree-lined area with charming early-20th-century homes. Once a hub for Milwaukee's beer brewers, it offers a peaceful setting while being close to restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown. It's a great spot for enjoying local events like Summerfest, downtown festivals, or attending a Bucks or Brewers game.

* Additional Information:
- Private Access: Full access to the condo, patio, and garage. Shared yard, driveway, and hallways with two other units.
- Host Availability: Communication may be limited from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

- No shoes or smoking inside.
- No tampering with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Respect neighbors—no loud music or late-night parties.
- Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended.
- Turn off all lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before leaving.
- Inform the host of any damage or special cleaning needs.
- Charcoal grill use is permitted; please clean it after use. Charcoal or gas is not provided.
