This unit is perfect for a winter vacation in the area and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful trip. An added bonus is the outdoor grill, hot tub with scenic views, and pool table for some fun in the evenings!!

The Space:
Welcome to the Great Smokies! We can not wait to host you at our quaint cabin right at the base of the mountains and at the heels of all the attractions at the Pigeon Forge Parkway!

These properties are just one minute from the Parkway and so close and convenient to everything in town! The properties themselves are large cabins which are split into smaller units for our guests to enjoy. Don't worry! All of the amenities & spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, hot tubs, living rooms, kitchens, entrances, etc. are still completely private and you will not have to share with any other guests.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you will be able to access the entire property with the exception of a few areas reserved for house supplies. As part of the Big Bear resort area, you will also have access to common community amenities including the Club House, Exercise Room, Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Swimming Pool (10 am - 10 pm), and Indoor Swimming Pool with a hot tub (10 am - 10 pm).

- QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

- Bears are dangerous
- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
