Beautiful vacation home in the absolute front row and with a panoramic view of Nysted harbor.



The house is in perfect condition and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Large open kitchen in connection with the living room and dining room. Access to the cozy courtyard and covered terrace where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and a private bathroom with a 2-person whirlpool bath. There is also a large utility room with a stove and washing column.



The house is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Nysted sauna and the beach. You live right next to the marina, which is frequented by sailors in the summer. It is possible to launch a trailer boat in the harbor. Sea kayaks can be launched at the small bridge. The house is suitable for active families and anglers.

Das Objekt ist absolut geeignet für einen Familienurlaub (oder ähnliches) an der dänischen Ostseeküste. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ordentlich. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wer einen absoluten Luxusurlaub sucht, wird an dem Objekt in der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit einige Kritikpunkte haben, so sind die ausgestatteten Geräte (bspw. Ofen, Messer oder Duschbrause) keine high-end Produkte und es ist nicht alles in die letzte Ritze geputzt. Aber grundsätzlich ist alles sauber und ist funktionstüchtig. Im August muss man sich auf viel Besuch durch achtbeinige Freunde (Spinnen) gefasst machen, da hilft putzen jedoch auch nicht nachhaltig.Die kleinen Kritikpunkte sind alles in allem völlig hinfällig in Anbetracht der hervorragenden Lage direkt am Hafen mit offenem Blick auf den Hafen und die Ausfahrt zur weiten See. Badestelle, Hafengastronomie und auch auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes Familienobjekt, direkt am Strand und Yachthafen von Nysted. Ein bezauberndes Örtchen direkt am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
