Truly beautiful one bedroom one bath condo has an occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.

Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de un dormitorio y un baño tiene una ocupación de 2 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. The property has major maintenance issues. The roof in the vanity area was leaking right above the sink, so we could not use the vanity at all. There was also water dripping from the AC vent above the kitchen counter. The bathtub/shower handle was broken and it was very difficult to turn the water on and off.

Great Rocky Point Rental!

Loved the view, the property, the bed, and decor of the condo. The grounds we really well maintained, great pool area and the gym was also well set up. Jason, the host was very responsive with all communication prior to my stay and the staff at the resort was 1st class.
