Vacation apartment in the Steigerwald, lovingly furnished... quiet location with pool

Welcome to the charming house "Horseshoe Happiness"! Quiet location at the end of the village with a magnificent view of the Steigerwald or the Schwarzenberg region ..
The house has 3 bedrooms one with fireplace (2 double bed, 1 single), 2 bathrooms (shower / toilet and bath), living and dining room (with TV), a kitchen and a reading corner. The lovingly, newly renovated house has a cozy fireplace, which may be used with provided wood like.
There is room for up to 7 people comfortably through another pull-out couch.
In the kitchen you will find everything for daily use from the microwave to the coffee machine and dishwasher, everything there. Wi-Fi is available and we also offer a bread service :-) if desired. The newly created garden can be used if required.

In the carport you can put your vehicle under.
Shops in the nearby geiselwind (6 km) and a restaurant in the village - which is highly recommended - or the 11 km distant Scheinfeld with the Schwarzenberg Castle are also recommended.
Whether you are a biker, hiker or bike rider - everything is possible here!
Geiselwind is known (A3) by autohof strohofer and the trucker meeting or the bike and music weekend.
Booking inquiries and information on the phone (25 € / person / night - final cleaning 35 € on the spot) You always book the whole house, therefore rental from 4 -7 (8) persons.

Beau séjour dans une région culturellement très riche

Très beau gîte, en aménagement continu pour le confort des vacanciers. Les pièces à vivre sont confortables, et il y a de nombreux "petits plus" (jeux de société, table de ping-pong, raquettes de badminton, jacuzzi...). Propriétaire très aimable et pas avare de bons tuyaux.

Das Haus ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer . Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Essecke hat einen schönen Kamin für kuschelige Abende . Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Abend am Feuer.
