The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. Gather around the dining table for family meals or relax in the cozy living room, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The highlight of this home is the two master suites, each with its own private bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and luxury for guests. Bedroom 2 features two double beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or children, while bedroom 3 also offers two double beds for a comfortable night's sleep.

Outside, you'll find an oasis with a refreshing pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or lounging in the sun with a good book. The spacious outdoor area is great for outdoor dining, BBQs, or simply relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to all spaces within the rental property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor amenities, and any shared/common areas. Enjoy the complete comfort and convenience of a home away from home during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to the beach! There are a plethora of eateries within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Easy to get around by car or rent a golf cart to be delivered during your stay!

Other Things to Note:
There will be additional cleaning fees added for stays longer than 28 days.

Pet Policy:
A $35 pet fee per night will be charged for each pet.
There is a maximum monthly fee of $250 per pet.
All pet fees must be paid in full prior to arrival.
