The Beach Retreat has a beachy yet modern vibe and is certain to offer you a relaxing stay while visiting Panama City Beach! The beach is a three min walk via a Public Access point! Your beach retreat features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large family room upstairs and a large living room downstairs. Beautiful patios will greet you in both the front and back of the house with plenty of seating!

Beautiful house just steps from the beach. Extremely well-stocked with everything you need for a great stay! The host was very gracious and prompt with responses! We would definitely stay there again.

Great house, lots of room, quick walk to the beach

Nicely updated and super comfortable. Nice large house exactly as described and worked great for our family get together. Plenty of of room and Bo was an excellent host. We had zero issues with sand spurs - that previous guest must have been walking through the brush on some of the vacant lots in the area. Walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes.

Quiet neighborhood right by the beach

Nice, quiet neighborhood within minutes walk to beach. House was clean, roomy, bright and layed out well. We travelled with 2 dogs and found that there wasn’t much grass nearby. Also the area was inundated with sand spurs which was very difficult to keep out of the home (especially with 2 dogs). We ended up running out to get tweezers to pluck the spurs from the dogs paws as well as the occasional one that ended up in one of the children’s or adults feet — probably a good idea to pack a pair of tweezers or maybe the owner could provide an extra pair.
