The ideal central location means an easy walk to restaurants, coffeeshops, amusement parks, mini-golf, and more. Hop in the car and head just six miles down the road to St. Andrews State Park or stay close to home at either of two community pools.

At the home itself, start your day with a quiet cup of coffee on the screened porch. Inside, you’ll find an open layout and plenty of space to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, and there’s room for the gang to dine together at the table for six. Cool off in the central AC while you stream the latest release in the living room or watch TV in any of the bedrooms if you can’t agree on a show. Additional essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. The PCB vacation you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
