Top-Apartment direkt am Strand von Juan Dolio

Geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment im 4.OG des Ocean Tower, Lage direkt am Strand mit großem Balkon und eindrucksvollem Blick aufs Meer. Das Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und einer Wohnküche. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand, wenngleich das Gebäude selber von außen etwas betagt und etwas renovierungsbedürftig wirkt. Sicherheitsdienst rund um die Uhr, parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Es waren zu der Zeit (Ende Dezember) nur wenige Gäste im Haus und das Ambiente somit sehr ruhig. Der WLAN-Empfang war einwandfrei.Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung über Whatsapp funktionierte sehr gut, Fragen und technische Probleme wurden zeitnah beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Eine Dokumentation im Apartment wäre dennoch hilfreich als erste Hilfe.Der Strand wäre an sich sehr schön, gäbe es nicht das leidige Problem mit dem Plastikmüll, den das Land nicht in den Griff bekommt. Auch ist das Wasser leider nicht klar, obwohl es sehr wenig Wind und Wellen hatte. Ungeklärte Abwässer von Millionen hinterlassen ihre Spuren...das Riff liegt zudem sehr dicht am Strand, sodass Schwimmen nur eingeschränkt möglich ist. Juan Dolio ist trotz seiner erstaunlichen Bettenkapazität sehr ruhig und beschaulich im Gegensatz zu anderen Feriendomizilen auf der Insel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es allerdings kaum, hier ist die Fahrt nach San Pedro de Macoris (ca. 20 min mit dem Auto) erforderlich.
