About this property

Brigantine House in Brigantine

This is a small but cozy 2 bedroom front unit of a duplex with 1 off street parking spot. My unit is fully furnished. One and a half blocks to the beach. Although there is one bathroom, we do have an outside shower. Minimum 3 night rental unless I have a 2 night gap. For weeklong rentals, I generally rent Sunday to Sunday since it makes getting here much easier. I also include the use of 4 beach tags and free wireless internet. Because of the inconvenience for the next renter, replacement beach tags are $100 each if you lose them or fail to leave them behind. Brigantine prohibits anyone under the age of 25 from booking a rental and strictly enforces the noise ordinance of 10 pm - 8 am. Brigantine also prohibits bookings for events such as bachelor parties. .
