The cabin was in a great location close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was ready and we were able to check in early.
It is in a good location, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but it lacks a lot of maintenance, it is dirty, dust everywhere, bed, furniture, fans. There is not much space to cook and there are not 3 rooms, there are 2 rooms and 3 beds, I expected 3 rooms so that my teenage children would have privacy but a space I have counted as a room which I did not like.
We couldn't make roast beef because the grill didn't work.
In terms of cleaning and maintenance, it is not pleasant at all. I only liked the place where it is located

Little Cabin on the hill
Looked great front entrance. Got there door wasn't locked. Dust and spider webs needed removed and in lower bathroom. Cabin isn't well insulated. Upstairs occupants hear everything downstairs people are saying, etc.and vice versa. Cabin was not worth what I paid for it. Cleaning people left there spray of cleaning solution on night stand by bed.
Dishes still in dishwasher.
Beds were comfortable.
Some work needs to be done to this cabin.
Perfect location if you don’t want to drive up a mountain at night. Less than 5 minutes from The Island and many restaurants.

Feedback for Bearadice City
The cabin was nice, but is in need of maintenance.
The hot water heater seemed to have issues because we could not fill up a full bathtub with hot water. Halfway thru, the water would turn cold and result in a lukewarm bath. The same would happen during a shower. I did communicate the issue to Ian, the owner on Monday night (first night of our stay). He did stay in communication with me and tried to get someone out to the cabin to fix it, but it never got fixed.
The back deck is sloping downhill. I'm not sure if that is intentional to allow the rain to flow off the deck, but it was noticeable.
Some of the railing supports are loose around the back deck. I was sweeping leaves when I noticed this.
The lighting was fairly dim inside the cabin. Maybe try higher watt light bulbs?
Finally, the floor upstairs creaked really badly. Every step I took could be heard by the people sleeping in the room below me.
Overall, the cabin could be amazing with a little TLC and maintenance. It's location to the main road thru Pigeon Forge is perfect. We still had a good time despite the hot water situation.

The owner was great regarding communication/ the cabin not so great.
Ian was wonderful at communicating info & instructions. However, the cabin is in dire need of updating & cleaning.
I feel the advertising pictures portray a bright, cheery cabin, with bright, shiny walls, but in reality it is a dark cabin, with low wattage bulbs in the lights, small lamps, below par overhead lighting & has a missing shade on one overhead light, which shows the negligence of the cleaning crew. .
The cabin is dusty with dust lying on the inside woodwork & logs, as well as hanging from ceiling. Attention is certainly needed to detail.
For the amount we paid for two nights, we certainly expected it to be as the advertising pictures showed.
Again, Ian was great. He just needs to update this cabin & get it cleaned up good.
Our stay was delightful.
The cabin was more than we expected and was perfect for our mountain retreat.
It’s close enough to everything. Just a couple of miles there was plenty of entertainment, dinner spots, grocery store etc..
But the cabin itself gave the impression of being in a different place completely.
Sitting in the hot tub with the privacy of the woods was relaxing and peaceful!
The host was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable! We were even contacted personally to make sure everything was what we expected!
You don’t find service like that in a motel!
Thanks Ian! We’ll come back again!
Ian was great! Fantastic communication. Cozy cabin not far from it all. Check in and out were smooth and simple. Definitely will stay again next time in Pigeon Forge.

The location, woods view, promptness from owner and early checkin was great. The cabin is in need of attention maintance and lots of updating would not stay again unless owner invests some love and care into this property.
We came here for a couple of days as we came from London UK to spend time with our friend from johnson city who recently suffered some bad family news. This was a lovely place to stay with an added bonus of a hot tub on the balcony and gas bbq, its a peaceful location but minutes from town, we would highly recommend
