Alojamiento espacioso y moderno

Casa amplia y modena, aparcamiento en la puerta sin problemas. 10 min o menos en coche a la playa. Perfecto.

Bon sejour mais des déceptions

Après une arrivée en demi teinte , le sejour s'est bien passé . Si vous êtes maniaque, vous allez etre déçu . Les serviettes de toilettes n'étaient pas impeccables, la literie et certains oreillers étaient tachés et il restait des cheveux, les vitres n'étaient pas faites.... bref propreté à revoir.... cependant, Christina a été reactive et a fait passer de suite le manager du menage. De plus, la chambre principale n'a pas de fenêtre, et donne accès directement a la buanderie.... bizzarre.... les tapisseries et plafonds des chambres sont en tres mauvais etat... l'isolation sonore est tres mauvaise , vous vivez au rytme de vos voisins !(mais comme tres souvent en Espagne). Passer ces désagréments, la pièce principale est très sympa, les terrases très agréables, la piscine aussi, mais les transats ont vécus... L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien La mer est à 10 minutes en voiture. Cette année malheureusement de nombreuses méduses sont venues gâcher les baignades. A part cela, le soleil etait au rendez vous et tous ces petits soucis ne nous ont pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances !

Just what we needed

The apartment was as described and just right for our family of 8. The neighbors were really nice. The owner was easy to contact and was always available. It is good to have a car because of the location. I suggest to everyone.

If you need a nice place to stay for holiday

We really liked the apartment at first sight. It was a WOW feeling when we entered the apartment. It has a big hall/kitchen/living room on ground level and 4 bedrooms downstairs. Just outside the front door there is a little terrasse with a view over the swimming pool and room enough to sit and relax and perhaps eat breakfast/dinner. On the backside there was a big terrasse with a view over a big nature area. The pool area was very fine with the possibility to use deck chairs to relax in the sun or shade. You can get to Guardamar either by walking or you can take the little bus, which takes of 2 minutes from the apartment, € 0,85 for one person. It only drives 6-8 times a day, but we just planned any trip to Guardamar according to the timetable. We also tried to take a taxi from Guardamar to the apartment and it was only € 5-7, all depending from where in Guardamar. Guardamar is a fine little city with all kind of shopping facilities, restaurants and supermarkets. It has the best sand beach and restaurants with a view over the beach. If you need to get to a bigger city for shopping, Torrevieja is only 25 minutes away from the bus stop in Guardamar. So we can highly recommend the apartment and Guardamar and hope to come back someday in the future.
