Nice apartment in a nice area.

We was very happy about the nice area, very quiet place. The sauna was closed but everything else was as nice as expected. The kids loved the pool and green area to play at.

Beautiful apartment! Great communication with Fabrice! Stunning swimming pool & lovely surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely stay again but next time round we’d organise a hire car.

Wonderful holiday

The apartment was very nice. Liked that there was an open floor plan between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated that there was a washing machine and dishwasher. The outdoor space was great. There were nice pools. Liked that there was boules right outside. The mini golf courses were also fun to play. The bathrooms were nice. Liked that one bedroom had its own bathroom and access to the patio. Appreciated that there was a garage to park the car in. Mooi appartement met voldoende ruimte en mooi aangelegd terrein. Handdoeken hadden er wel wat meer mogen zijn, geen privacy op het terras, maar dat is inherent aan de opzet van het complex.

BUENA EXPERIENCIA.

Sin duda buena experiencia. La urbanización fantástica, el agua de la piscina es templada ideal para bañarse, la ubicación esta bien, pero, para paseo restaurantes, feria , playa tienes que coger el coche, pero a 10 min estas. La única pega que le pongo son las sartenes y las ollas, no calientan, no cuecen, no se si es por la vitrocerámica o porque no son de inducción y las sartenes si, no lo se pero para cocinar un poco mal, por lo demás todo fantástico.

Estancia decepcionante. Estancia y piscina antihigiénicas, 3 niños tienen otitis por piscina sucia

1. Lavavajillas no limpia bien, todo ha de volver a lavarse manualmente. 2. Sartenes sucias, viejas e inservibles. 3. Nevera congela comida. 4. Ducha con manchas óxido en suelo, no podemos utilizarla antihigiénico. 5. Portarrollos papel higiénico con óxido igualmente en parte baja. 6. Piscina llena de bacterias, 3 niños tienen otitis muy grave, uno de ellos hospitalizado en la Paz durante 6h, causa más probable piscina llena de bacterias. Tenemos que dejar la estancia el 26/07 en vez del 31/07, los niños no se han podido bañar desde el 23/07 (adultos se bañan con tapones por eso no han tenido problemas). Denuncia Inspección sanitaria. 7. Propietario nos acusa de haber hecho unas manchas en pared. No las hemos hecho nosotros. Dicen que tienen que pintar de nuevo cuando con "borrador mágico" seguro que lo arreglan. 8. Propietario nos dicen que hemos roto un gancho toalla baño con óxido que no hemos utilizado falso. 9. Propietario dice que hemos roto una puerta debajo fregadero cocina, seguramente por el uso tienen que ajustar visagra. Hemos estado 20 días en la casa, se habrá desgastado con antelación. 10. Tapones lavabos baños llenos de moho. Repugante, nos dicen que hemos roto uno. Falso. No lo utilizamos por el moho. 11. Algunos vasos y platos plástico llenos de moho. Repugnante. 12. Propietario nos hace cargo de 2050€ por acusaciones falsas. 13. Anuncio falso: Indica que está a pocos minutos de la playa. Se "olvidan" indicar a pocos minutos EN COCHE, ya que está a 6 km.

Au des dégâts occasionnés dans notre magnifique appartement par cette famille, la caution de 250€ a été conservée afin de couvrir les frais de remise en état des lieux . Les vidéos de l’état des lieux avant et après leur passage sont disponibles sur demande , les photos également . Tout le domaine et les piscines sont entretenues chaque jour . Au milieu du séjour , ils communiquaient leur satisfaction par rapport à la qualité du logement et faisait une demande pour l’an prochain (échanges sur demande ). De tels « invités « ne sont pas les bienvenus dans notre appartement!

El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila y es muy bonito, cuidado y limpio. Tuvimos un percance con el parking, que estaba cerrado por mantenimiento, pero encontramos una solución con Fabrice. Muy buena comunicación y trato.

L'endroit est super beau et agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour et aussi grâce aux voisins qui sont top... Les piscines sont très bien et nickel. Le propriétaire est super. Calme et agréable

Une excellente semaine calme et reposante. Piscine extra, et de nombreux jeux sont mis à disposition. Literies très confortables. Les espaces sont bien aménagés. Tout conforme à la description. Il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder aux commodités. Le marché du dimanche est énorme. Accès à Torrevieja et Guardamar assez faciles (moins de 15 minutes en voiture). Nous recommandons cette location. En plus, le propriétaire est sympa :)
