The unit was clean and comfortable, as advertised. A normal quiet neighborhood for Cuse, close to everything. The host had great communication and the rental rules are well laid out and rational. The upstairs unit was quiet as well. An ideal stay, grab this one while it is available.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood! About 2.5 miles to where my son’s apt at Syracuse U, is so very convenient for moving him in. The property is meticulously clean and very comfortable and was exactly as described in the listing. The owner clearly did a lot of work to update without taking away the charm of an older home with charming features that only older homes have! Highly recommend.

I stayed with two of my adult children ages 27 and 20 as well as my eldest's partner. We each had our own bedroom. Sitting area was nice. We enjoyed TV before bed. We loved the Brita pitcher, coffee, and great towels. It was quiet and perfect for us
