This exceptional waterfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo has everything you need without the hectic crowds. Situated at the west end of Pensacola Beach, adjacent to Ft. Pickens state park. You'll have 11 miles of basically private beach at your disposal. The sugary, white sands of the Gulf are steps away, across the street. Two balcony's to enjoy watching the dolphins, kite surfers and so much more. Updated and very clean. 2 story with stairs inside unit, elevator located directly in front of where you park. (2 covered spaces) Note: Palm Beach Club’s HOA rules prohibits short term renters from bringing pets.

This property was a great find! It’s located at the quiet end of the barrier island. The plus is that you have a calm, bayside view on the balcony side and the Gulf just across the street. Perfect for families that want a peaceful getaway. The unit was lovely, spotless, well equipped, and the owners were delightful to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Our host was extremely accommodating. The location was exquisite. The views are amazing. From the time we walked in till the time we walked out, we were in heaven. The hosts responded promptly whenever we had any questions. It was a beautiful property and it had everything you could need for a great beach day. It was comfortable and had great beach decor. I loved that you could go to the ocean or have the bay available to you every day. The pool was also a nice perk!! We would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. There wasn't really anything wrong with the unit itself, it just wasn't the best fit for us.We're used to staying directly on the beach, so crossing the street and walking over the dune every time became a bit of a hassle. The two-level layout also felt smaller and more closed in than we're used to.The area was much busier than we expected. Both the beach and bay sides were crowded, and traffic around Pensacola Beach made even short trips to nearby restaurants take longer than expected.The biggest downside was the noise. There appeared to be renovation work in one neighboring unit, and the guests on the other side were often up late. We could also hear footsteps and movement from nearby units at night.Overall, the condo was clean and well maintained, but the layout, noise, and busy location made it less enjoyable for our vacation style.Also the bay view sunsets were great.

Very relaxing trip!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola, and we will definitely be back! The place was so clean and nicely decorated. Comfy beds and seating. Loved being able to enjoy the bay view and also sitting by the water in the mornings and evenings. Host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Would definitely book again!
