A one of a kind Compound, built in 1928 this Spanish Mediterranean has been restored to it's former glory. With no expense spared; each room was professionally designed to showcase the uniqueness of each room while still providing all the comforts of home. The home is located one block from Flager and the Intracoastal. West Palm Beach Historic District Shopping and Dining are within walking distance, you can't find a better location that's central to everything West Palm Beach has to offer.

5 Bedrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 3 Dining Areas, Sitting Room, Office, Game Room and Laundry. Each bedroom has a 50 inch TV and Master has an adjustable Bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Outside the rear yard is fully fenced with Pool, lounge chairs, and fire pit. The Game Room has a Pool and Ping Pong table, Bicycles, Beach Chairs, Umbrella and Games. This listing includes both the Main and Guest House on the property.

Parties and events are PROHITBITED at this property, The home is located in a quiet historic water side neighborhood. If Police are called you will be asked to leave the home with no exceptions.

Bi-Weekly cleaning are included for stays longer than 14 nights. Please inquire directly for monthly discounted or seasonal stays.

Disappointment

The property is listed as a property with hot tub which was not accurate. The cleaning fee on this property for two days was $500, however the couch and a few of the beds had dog hair all over them which was quite visible as well as gave my son an allergic reaction. The freezer was also not cleaned properly, and the pool area was surrounded by animal poop. One of the doors to the outside is not able to lock properly and since it was a windy weekend we had to tie the door to a chair in order to ensure the doors wont open on their own. The bathroom doors do not lock. This was definitely not worth the money that we spent on this weekend. We are extremely disappointed by it!

Wow! Have stayed in 20+ VRBO’s and this is our fav!!

Everything about this house and property is 100%. The decor, the layout, the pool and temp of the pool. The beautiful surroundings and literally less than 20 minutes to every cool thing there is to do in Palm Beach County. I was born and raised in the area and bring my kids back every summer for a trip, my kids are 13, 16 and 18 and we just had a ball. We used the pool more than we’ve ever used a pool at a VRBO. The beds and linens are better than the Ritz, as a mom I haven’t slept so good since before I had kids LOL. We enjoyed the proximity to Lenoras for Pizza, Tropical Barbeque, ER Bradleys downtown and many other spots. The home is safe and secure and very large but somehow the family still came together to play games (Jenga, Monopoly, Cards, Tic-Tack-Toe, etc.) I couldn’t possibly overstate how awesome this house is. The laundry and game room were awesome to have as a bonus. We had everything we needed including coffee. The owner was only a chat away and was so kind and accommodating. Spend the money, book the house. You won’t regret it!

Time at West Palm

We had great time at this property. Close to beach, the Square and other fun places. Kids enjoyed at Pool and game room. Host was responsive and House was equipped to host large group. Over all had a great experience and will recommend to others.
