Waterside is a Smoke FREE and Pet FREE Resort. Trip advisor award-winning Hilton Head Island vacation resort is just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. It features one of the largest aquatic facilities on the island and offers golf, tennis, restaurants and many shops close by. The resort accommodations feature open concept living and dining areas as well as private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, TVS, well appointed kitchens, breakfast bar, washer and dryer in unit, balconies and elevator access. Our family has been enjoying our vacation time at Spinnaker Resorts for over 30 years. Our children grew up referring to Waterside as going "to" vacation. We have enjoyed the many activities for everyone of all ages from babies to teenagers and now to adults and grandchildren. The family has enjoyed walking to the beach, beach activities, pool time, bike riding, tennis, golf and shopping. Also restaurants and Fireworks! It is a wonderful place for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, Fathers day and just time for family and friends. This is just a year that we have too many conflicts to be able to come ourselves.

Why they chose this property

We originally bought these timeshare weeks so we could have the two weeks back to back with the weekend in the middle so those who could not come for an entire week could visit over a long weekend. June is a favorite time to be in HHI! The weather is beautiful and the perfect time for swimming but not too hot to play tennis or golf. We all need that time away from our day to day responsibilities and stress and just have that special time together as family to relax and enjoy each other.

What makes this property unique

We originally bought our unit at Waterside at preconstruction because we wanted to chose the unit that would be close to the beach and we really wanted to be on the top floor. Sitting on the balcony you feel as if you are in the trees and you can hear the water fountain at the main pool. We love the spaciousness of the living area and the privacy and size of the bedrooms and baths. The beach at HHI is very unique! It is flat and very hard packed and perfect for riding bikes on the beach. (but watch out for the tide changes ... get a map with the tide schedule). Just have FUN!!!
