Entire 3 bedroom guest suite - Campbell River

Entry-level, cozy, 3 bedroom, 1 bath fully independent, 1200 sq/ft unit close to downtown. Lots of parking for your car, boat, trailer, and more! Close to restaurants, shops, marina, boardwalk, river, hiking, and biking trails. You can even catch some ocean views from the front lawn!

Driftwood Place: Judit and Rob are excited to open their lower-level duplex suite, which lives like a rancher. We have a kings size bed in the first bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second, and adult-sized bunk beds in the third bedroom. Full kitchen, full bathroom, and a lovely, covered patio to enjoy the weather, rain, or shine with peekaboo views of the ocean! There is also a long driveway to access the property so plenty of space for your cars, boat, or even an RV. Ocean views from the end of the driveway!

We are looking forward to hosting our first guests in the summer of 2022!

This is a completely separate, 1210 sq/ft unit with its own driveway and entrance. It is a duplex so we live in the top unit. Please note that normal household noises will be heard from upstairs as homes are not soundproof the same way as hotels are.

We are Judit and Rob. We moved to Campbell River 6 years ago after falling in love with the town while on vacation. We moved from Toronto, Ontario, and absolutely love the lifestyle, island life, the friendly people, and all the amazing things this wonderful community has to offer!

Why they chose this property

We have a very special, full-duplex home consisting of 2 completely separate suites. We live on the top level and we are happy to share the lower level, Driftwood Place with our guests. Our home sits on sloped grounds which makes each level feel like a single-family, rancher home, therefore our lower suite is bright and light with lots of windows.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! We are close to town, the oceanside boardwalk, restaurants, shops, the marina, and the museum (most within walking distance), yet we are in a quiet neighborhood. We are a quick 5-minute drive to hiking and biking trails and a 10-minute drive to some really nice areas, like Elk Falls and McIvor Lake, and a 40-minute drive to the ski slopes at Mt. Washington.
