Set in the heart of a tranquil suburb of Shelly Beach, this apartment offers you a private and peaceful setting for an ideal getaway in the heart of the holiday town of Shelly Beach. A home away from home, Self-Catering, and fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven. The lounge is equipped with a flat screen TV and DSTV capabilities, just bring along your own DSTV or use the free OVHD and DVD Player available. The enclosed patio overlooks a beautiful garden with an amazing breaker view of the Indian Ocean from the balcony for the ideal evening relaxation. One parking garage and a visitors parking is available in a fully fenced and gated property with Wolf Security on call. The Property yard is huge, with a great play area for the kids, a communal braai area, a swimming pool for residents and walking distance from McDonald’s. In case of water shedding, the property has a continued water supply through tanks for the added peace of mind.
