Decent Stay
Pros:
~ The property is located in Ybor City, which is a prime location. It’s close to everything happening in Tampa.
~ While the area is being gentrified, the neighborhood is safe and the neighbors were friendly.
~ The host, Mireille, was very friendly and communicative.
Cons:
~ The property was dirty upon arrival; however, Mireille, corrected the issue upon our arrival.
~ The property is adjacent to an active railroad track. It’s literally 3 doors down. Waking up to an extremely loud train horn early in the morning is not an ideal way to start the days of your vacation.
~ The water came out brown every time we started the shower. We allowed it to run and it turned clear, but brown water is an absolute no in any circumstance, vacation or not. We did contact Mireille, and she assured us it was safe.
Our stay was decent, but I do not feel confident in recommending this property.
