The room was spotless. Centrally located. Host excellent. Mini refrigerator in room that actually cooled things. Nice breakfast setup. Only suggestion - host have write up and photos that say how lovely the place actually is! Thank you Patrick.

Only 2 suggestions. Please turn down the hot water temperature, dangerously hot, especially for children. And ADVERTISE your pretty substantial Continental breakfast on the listing. We stopped and got breakfast items at the IGA in town before checking in, and really didn't need to do that. Another guest expressed surprise at the breakfast offerings as well, so I don't think it's clear at all on the listing.

Lubec is a quiet town on the sea and we really loved it. The Eastern Beacon Inn was a delight. The bathroom may be a little small for some but the room is spacious and comfortable.

Perfect Location

Situated on the main strip of downtown Lubec, the location gave you quick access to everything you would want to see in the area. The unit itself was super clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

Patrick has done a great job with this VRBO property. Great location! We had to leave at 4am, and he even got up to put the coffee on. Nice home base for day trips.

Enjoyed our stay, great host

Patrick was accessible, helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, right on a waterfront street. Our room was spotless and comfortably appointed. The "help yourself" continental kitchen was helpful as many of Lubec's businesses struggle to stay open, and breakfast choices are very limited this year. We enjoyed the active small town community!
