Bring your family and relax at this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring board games and a coffee bar. Comes with an amazing bonus room in the basement that includes a couch that folds out into a double bed, a fireplace and games. This is the cutest place ever and it's close to the College World Series! There's even an outdoor patio with a fire place and bistro set up for relaxing and taking in the view.

No furniture is to be moved around anywhere on the property. We will charge for the repairs/replacement/labor if furniture is moved and damaged.

If you decide to stay for 2 months or more we will up the cleaning fee to $250 (from $150) and we will clean the house twice a month.

Central location of Omaha

This Midtown Home was a cozy and clean old home. I wouldn't hold a gathering of people, it would be too small. It was the perfect size for my family of 6! Also I would not recommend for anyone that is handcapped or have bad knees since it sits up on a hill. Steep steps up to the front door. Not a problem for us though. I would book again!

Like staying at your BFF's place

This property was perfect for us for my son's 17th birthday trip. It is absolutely adorable and offers tons of space - and cornhole boards and a backyard swing. All the little details made the stay feel like you were staying at a good friend's place - including an extra scrunchie my daughter desperately needed. A quiet, quaint neighborhood. A charming post-WWII construction home that reminded me so much of my Grandma's house. And, a perfect price point.

Perfect location for weekend getaway

Excellent location to several Omaha favorites. We didn’t drive further than 15 minutes from property. Lovely patio to enjoy coffee and/or drinks. Check in was easy and property manager provided an excellent recommendation for a delicious dinner. We also enjoyed dinner in one evening, utilizing the new grill. Great little place that has the basics for a fun weekend! 4.5 stars!
