About this property

The house is right next to a small lake and a park. Shopping centers, banks and hospitals in walking distance. Room for up to 7 guests. The basement is still being renovated, therefore we've put a baby gate to close it out. Adults can still check it out if it helps them feel safe, but its not furnished yet. Mini gym available in the living room. Work out and go relax in the Jacuzzi which is in the master bedroom. 65" TV provided with most of the popular streaming platforms available. better than what we would’ve gotten from a hotel

House had areas dated just like a previous review (bathrooms & kitchen) that’s true - though they did not say how promptly Eric replies to messages, how comfortable the furniture in living room, family room, and bedrooms were. My husband and friends were very content and understand it’s still in the process of more updates … when you compare to what you’d get a hotel which are sometimes dated themselves we felt we got more from this VRBO and would happily stay here again

Not ready to be rented out

We were disappointed with our stay at this VRBO. This property is definitely in the process of becoming a fantastic VRBO but it is not there yet, many renovations need to be finished. Too many cons to mention individually. I do want to mention some positives about the property- washer/dryer in unit with detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets, front room TV and couch are very nice, comfortable beds and linens, the location is great!

Great space and host!

It was a great stay. Eric was extremely accommodating to our travel plans and had everything we needed there. The bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable. Lots of updates done, but obviously more enhancements happening. Great space in general. The only suggestion we would have is a tv in the bedrooms.
