Situated right on Scenic Highway 30A in phase 1 of WaterColor, this house is in an ultra-prime location (you may not even use your car once)!

It is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, gorgeous custom designer coastal decor, outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment - this loaded home has everything to make memories that will last a lifetime! There are also complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' use (or you can arrange for beach chair setup through WaterColor).

This spacious (5,600sf+) home has a very open concept floor plan with plenty of spaces for all ages to spread out comfortably. The home boasts marble counter tops throughout, a massive breakfast bar with seating and eat-in kitchen, adjoining butler's pantry, a spacious dining area with doors that open to the outside, a separate game room off the entry, a private heated pool flanked by a stunning outdoor fireplace, a separate carriage house, and more! The main house has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths which includes 2 spacious master suites, one of which has its own private balcony overlooking 30A. The carriage house has 1 bedroom and another full bathroom, and its own living area, kitchen and laundry.

When taking a break from enjoying the wonderful WaterColor amenities, this house has a picturesque outdoor living space complete with a private heated swimming pool, grilling area, and a gorgeous outdoor Fireplace with lounge seating. This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. 
Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.
 There is parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 5 minute golf cart ride. The ultra desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband.

Other things to note

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance. Please let us know if you don't wish to have access to Camp Water Color and/or the WaterColor Beach Club.

Beginning June 1, 2022, the Watercolor HOA will require all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. 

Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.  Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.  

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay

We also manage the 2 homes on either side of this one, if you wanted to rent any 2 or 3 together to accommodate a larger group!

Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 27 years of age, or if under age 27 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
The golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation.
Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.
