Filthy and stinky
I sent a message before arrival asking if the bedding was feather free (I’m allergic) and hot no response.
We reserved the space for 3 days. When we walked into the room, we were hit with the stench of cigarette smoke (I have allergies and a respiratory condition).The carpet was filthy, the sofa had stains all over it, and there were stains on the walls.
I wouldn’t let my child walk on the carpet without shoes on. I put sheets in the sofa just we could sit on it. I cleaned some of the stains off the walls myself.
It was nearly impossible to get in touch with the owners. The front desk staff were not helpful and refused to assist as the unit was not owned by them and the cleaning staff would not be in until the next day and there were no rooms to switch us to.
After the first night on the saggy, lumpy mattress, we were contacted by the cleaning staff. They offered to change the bedding and spray air freshener (to fix the smoke issue). We informed them that while it was a nice gesture, it wouldn’t fix the problem.
We also showed him the disgusting carpet, walls, and sofa. He took photos and said he would inform the owners.
We were stuck in this room bc the property was full and we could NOT get ahold of the owner to see if they had a different property we could move to.
It was a terrible experience and quite expensive. Don’t believe the photos.
