In the garden you will find sun loungers, parasols, a very nice pool (11 mx 5.5 m, depth up to 1.8 m.) In the midst of olive trees and rose bushes, a practical summer kitchen (hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a covered terrace.

You enter the house through a small hall and are then in the living and cooking area. On the left is the fully equipped open kitchen (electric oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) with storage room (second refrigerator, washing machine).

The living / dining room (satellite TV, hi-fi system) is tastefully furnished and spacious. Here, an impressive open fireplace ensures comfort, and the rustic roof beams and terracotta tiles give your house a rural charm. Two large French doors lead to the terrace and the well-kept garden.

Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a bathroom, another bedroom with two 90 cm wide single beds and a shower room and two separate toilets.

The upper floor consists of two further bedrooms (double bed 160 cm, two single beds 90 cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

A weekly cleaning with bed linen change is included in the rental price. The house is air conditioned.
The pool is equipped with a protection system and the house is therefore particularly suitable for families with small children. A table tennis table is available. Your vehicles can be parked on the property (garage).

Well behaved pets are allowed on request.
