Anchorage I - Functional apartment Carolinensiel - Birkenweg

The apartment is located in the center of Carolinensiel at the end of a cul-de-sac that is only used by residents. Children can play safely in the turning hammer.

There is a parking space in front of the apartment that is reserved exclusively for you.

The apartment is at ground level and has a small entrance step. On the back is a terrace that can be reached through the living room. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room, we have two separate bedrooms.

The large bedroom has a double bed and due to its size, a travel cot fits comfortably in the room. The second bedroom is smaller and has a single bed. If you would like to use the apartment with four adults, please contact us. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. On arrival you will be shown how it works.

A TV, on which you can also listen to the radio, and WiFi is available in the apartment.

Voll und Ganz zufrieden😊

Wie schon der Titel erahnen lässt, waren wir voll und ganz zufrieden. Nach der Buchung kam es schnell zum sehr sympathischen Kontakt und wir wurden mit allen Informationen versorgt, die wir benötigten. Die Abwicklung der Formalitäten bezüglich der Nordsee-ServiceCard verlief reibungslos. Am Tag der Ankunft fanden wir eine schöne, saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor und fühlten uns direkt fast wie "zu Hause". Der gesamte Aufenthalt war entspannend und wunderbar. Die ruhige und zentrale Lage ist einfach super. Wir waren traurig, als die Tage vorbei waren. Wir sind uns einig.....wir kommen gerne wieder.😊👍😁

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, aber...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und super ausgestattet, aber leider ließ die Sauberkeit jier und da etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Service-Cards waren bei der Anreise nicht da und die Verwaltung telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Am nächsten Tag haben wir die Verwalterin dann morgens erreicht. Sie wollte uns die Cars innerhalb einer dreiviertel Stunde bringen. Nach 1.5 Stunden war noch niemand da, daraufhin noch ein Anruf bei der Verwalterin. Sie teilte mit, dass die Putzfrau die Cards schon längst gebracht hätte, aber wir hätten wohl die Schelle nicht gehört. Sie hätte die Cards in einer Plastiktüte an den Türknauf gehangen. Aber da hing nichts. Also mussten wir die Putzfrau in einem anderen Objekt suchen und sie sagte uns. dass sie die Cards an den Türknauf gehangen hat, aber leider an die Tür einer ganz anderen Ferienwohnung. Als wir dann die Service-Cards kontrolliert haben, stellte sich heraus, dass diese auf ganz andere Personen ausgestellt waren. Also wieder bei der Verwalterin angerufen. Sie hat uns dann die Cards per Whatsapp geschickt. Deshalb auch nur einen Stern für die Kommunikation.

Sehr netter Vermieter - Verwalter scheinbar etwas durcheinander

Wäre nicht der Vermieter so unkompliziert und prompt un seinen Reaktionen auf die vom Verwalter verursachten Unstimmigkeiten... Aber eben - er hat prima reagiert und so konnten wir etwaige Unpässlichkeiten als Annekdötchen mitgenommen werden und wir den Aufenthalt genießen :-)

Sehr ruhig gelegen und der Hafen ist prima fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ich kann mich nur wiederholen.Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem Ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.Der Hafen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig prima zu erreichen. Zur Erholung ist es zu empfehlen ich komme gerne wieder.Viele Grüße aus Bottrop.
