Apartment 1 is located on the second floor, at the top of the family house (Apartments Katarina), just, 7 minutes walk to the beach, in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but close to the center.
The balcony offers a stunning view of the old town, the surrounding mountains, the sea, and the island of Krk.
In Apartment 1, on 70 m2, at your disposal, you have a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and dishes.
The air-conditioned living room has a corner sofa that extends into a double bed.
A flat-screen TV with home and satellite channels, and WiFi.
Bathroom with bathtub, and washing machine.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 mattresses) and an extra bed for one person. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal.
All guests have access to an outdoor dining area and barbecue.
A parking place is provided behind the house.
Apartments Katarina are the perfect place for families with children, friends, couples, and for all those looking for relaxation, sun, sea, and fun. The perfect starting point for day trips to the surrounding area, islands, and national parks.
