This Platinum, first floor residence offers an open floorplan with a cozy family room, a chef’s kitchen with premium cabinetry and appliances, including a gas range, as well as a custom dining banquette for seven+. Additional features include one guest suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a king size bed, a bonus room/den with a queen size bed and door, designer lighting throughout, and washer/dryer. Enjoy the newly installed AC throughout the unit!

Guests will enjoy easy access directly to the slopes via short walk through lobby to 1st floor ski locker room, walking to Beaver Creek Village, complimentary in-resort shuttle service, on-site hot tubs and use of an outdoor pool. One complimentary parking spot.

Beautiful modern unit

It’s not your typical Colorado style unit but it’s a newly remodeled modern unit which we love. It has 3 beds and a pullout sofa so plenty of room for families or multiple people to stay. It was clean and comfortable. We had a reserve parking spot in the closed garage connected to McCoy. We loved it so much we already booked our next stay in this exact unit.
