The main floor features an open concept plan with a central, primary living space. The great room features shiplap accents, a coffered ceiling, stone-surround fireplace, and custom built-ins. Blurring the line between indoors and out, two walls of windows and accordion-fold glass doors open to both the front and rear porches and brighten the room.

The all-white, wraparound kitchen features four tall windows that add natural light and a central island with breakfast bar seating. The garage, carport, gear storage, and marshfront terrace are located on the ground level. There is currently not access available to the neighboring Marsh House/pool due to the community bylaws (guests staying 90 days or more may be able to request access). They do host live music and dinner events there from time to time so there may be some noise level occasionally.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
