Gute Lage, nette Vermieter, schlechte Agentur

Es handelt sich um eine recht kleine Wohnung, in der der "Wohnbereich" aus einem ausziehbaren Sessel in der Küche besteht. Eine fünfte Person kann man dadurch unterbringen, aber eigentlich ist das Apartment dafür zu klein. Der Esstisch in der Küche ist schon für 4 Personen zu klein, bei schlechtem Wetter wird es richtig eng. Die Wohnung liegt optimal, Altstadt, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist nett und bemüht sich sehr, aber die Agentur, über die die Vermietung läuft, kommuniziert nur das allernotwendigste, auch bei der Registrierung vor Ort. In unserem Fall hatten sich auch die Fotos im Laufe des Buchungsprozesses verändert - vorher hatten wir geglaubt ein ganz anderes Objekt gebucht zu haben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erschien uns im Nachhinein nicht angemessen.
