Waikoloa Colony Villa 702 - Quiet 3BR Townhome

Waikoloa Colony Villa 702 is two-story townhouse with soaring great room and minimal contact with adjacent units.

The spacious living area, kitchen, dining, and lanai are setup for entertaining and easily accommodates up to six guests. The lanai opens out to ample green space surrounding the unit.

The master suite includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, remodeled bath with walk-in shower, and a private lanai.

Guest quarters include a queen room w/ adjustable desk and a room w/ a king or two twins at your option. A full bath with tub and laundry facilities are across the hall.

TV streaming and cable are provided in the living room and master bedroom. High speed wireless internet network is available throughout.

The unit is stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, initial paper goods and some cleaning supplies. An oversized front loading washer and dryer set are in the unit.

A reserved parking spot in front of the building is available for the guest's vehicle.

The attached garage is full of beach items including SUP paddleboards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very well equipped with everything we could need on our vacation. The space was set up very comfortably and thoughtfully for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in a great location!
We had a really great time in this condo in Waikoloa. The condo has plenty of room and is well equipped, including just about everything you'll need for a day at the beach. We were very comfortable there! You can't beat the location in Waikoloa. Colony Villas is a very quiet, gated community and we felt very safe there. You're within 15 minutes of some very amazing beaches, and within 5 minutes of the Kings and Queens shops. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets at A-Bay too! The owners are very responsive and accommodating, and Bennett gave us a lot of great tips on things to do and where to eat. This was our 6th visit to the Big Island and was the best experience we've had with a condo and owner. I hope there's availability when we come back to the Big Island!

Perfect Stay
We’ve stayed in Colony Villas many times, but this has been the best unit we’ve had. It was full of all the things you need from tupperware to beach toys. The home was well taken care of and the furnishings were all in perfect condition. We enjoyed the beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys every single day! It was a special extra touch that we met the onsite property manager, Bennett, at check in. Bonus - there was a sit/stand desk that allowed for a few easy work calls during our stay. :)

This property is at the top of my favorites list. The location is perfect. The condo also came with provisions unlike any I’ve ever seen before. We all had a great time. Mahalo.

We enjoy all manner of outdoor activities, and from that perspective greatly appreciate the natural beauty that the Big Island offers.

Why they chose this property

Have been coming to Big Island for decades. Have owned various units as this remains our go-to vacation spot. The grandkids appreciate the large 3 bedroom place, while the neighbors appreciate the noise separation. :)

What makes this property unique

Waikoloa Colony Villas is located on the quieter side of the resort, with townhouse style units that minimize noise transfer. The property has two pools, spa, workout room, tennis court and BBQ facilities. Beach, shopping, dining and entertainment options are all close by. There is a beautiful sunset beach walk accessible from the adjacent Hilton property. Golf, jogging, cycling, swimming, paddling, snorkeling, boogie boarding are all common visitor activities.
