Waikoloa Colony Villa 702 is two-story townhouse with soaring great room and minimal contact with adjacent units.
The spacious living area, kitchen, dining, and lanai are setup for entertaining and easily accommodates up to six guests. The lanai opens out to ample green space surrounding the unit.
The master suite includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, remodeled bath with walk-in shower, and a private lanai.
Guest quarters include a queen room w/ adjustable desk and a room w/ a king or two twins at your option. A full bath with tub and laundry facilities are across the hall.
TV streaming and cable are provided in the living room and master bedroom. High speed wireless internet network is available throughout.
The unit is stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, initial paper goods and some cleaning supplies. An oversized front loading washer and dryer set are in the unit.
A reserved parking spot in front of the building is available for the guest's vehicle.
The attached garage is full of beach items including SUP paddleboards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear.

Why they chose this property
Have been coming to Big Island for decades. Have owned various units as this remains our go-to vacation spot. The grandkids appreciate the large 3 bedroom place, while the neighbors appreciate the noise separation. :)
What makes this property unique
Waikoloa Colony Villas is located on the quieter side of the resort, with townhouse style units that minimize noise transfer. The property has two pools, spa, workout room, tennis court and BBQ facilities. Beach, shopping, dining and entertainment options are all close by. There is a beautiful sunset beach walk accessible from the adjacent Hilton property. Golf, jogging, cycling, swimming, paddling, snorkeling, boogie boarding are all common visitor activities.
