IMPORTANT : The starting of the POOL REPAIRS is tentatively scheduled for the last week of April. The exact date will be provided soon.
During the repairs the pool and the pool deck will be closed to all traffic for 4 to 6 weeks..
On Monday April 10, 2023, they will also start the polishing and sealing of the elevator doors and frames.
One elevator will be in service at all times. Both elevators will be in service from 6 PM to 8 AM daily. The project might be 2 to 4 weeks depending on the weather.
This brightly furnished, 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home cooked meal. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, and the living room has a full-size sofa sleeper. There is a coin operated washer/dryer on location. The lobby is secured and one parking space is assigned with day guest parking available with pass from the office first come first serve. NO overnight parking for guests. Cable and Wi-Fi are available at no additional cost.
This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
Your unit directly overlooks the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. With 25 miles of beautiful beaches, the Gulf is the perfect vacation spot! You will be able to find museums like the world renowned Dali Museum, theatres, music venues, The Florida Orchestra, and some historical locations. You can swim with the manatees, kayak, paddleboard, go dolphin watching or do a little snorkeling. There is something for everyone.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The coplex is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
