The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hang key cards/keys (2 sets) in unit by 1/2 bath. Leave used linens/towels in 1/2 bath for cleaning crew.
Text owner after leaving. Advise owners of broken/malfunctioning equipment.
Set thermostat to 76 degrees. Pull table/chairs back from balcony railing towards doors. Stack chairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA approval required prior to occupancy. Signed/completed HOA forms preferred 30 DAYS prior to check-in. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED BY RENTERS/GUESTS!
ALL Rules apply to unit, common areas, pool, beach. If warnings issued renter(s) must depart property immediately w/no refund for remainder of stay

Best Vacation Ever!

My family absolutely loved our time here! I stayed a month, and my husband and kids joined me for up to two weeks. Everything was perfect and the owners had provided all the necessities needed. Beautiful location and beach with everything close!

Overall a very positive experience. Owners Gail and Peter were available and helpful. Balcony facing beach was the best part. Nice views of beach and sunsets. Easy beach access a 1/4 mile walk across sand. Accommodations were VG. We used the pool once or twice in our month stay. The only negatives were: 1.) that we had to park outside instead of in the garage. Sun gets blazing hot!! 2.) no smart TV’s

Vacation in paradise

After 33 years at Clearwater Sand Key, we spent our vacation in a different apartment for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and the area around it and felt very, very comfortable from the very first minute. The apartment is perfectly furnished, every little detail has been lovingly selected and arranged - nothing was missing. Should we get the chance to spend our vacation again next year in the same place, in the same apartment, our decision would have been made today: YES.

Beach stay in Sand Key

We stayed here for alittle over a month, and every day was waking up to paradise views. Opening the double-slider glass doors in the master bedroom make you feel as if you're right on the beach. Gail was very accommodating and extremely helpful in locating items and points of interest within the area, and even having things labeled within the condo. She takes the time to reach out and is absolutely wonderful host. Onsite parking, a community pool, direct access to the beach just steps away from the back exit doors, close access to Pier 60 and surrounding Clearwater attractions within trolley and walking distances, elevator access within the condo, and friendly neighbors made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone!!! Book now before someone else does. We miss it already. :,,(

Perfekte Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war wieder excellent. Schon im Jahr 2024 hatten wir die gleiche Ferienwohnung im Harbor Light Towers gebucht. Wir kommen nun schon 35 Jahre nach Sand Key und können uns keinen angenehmeren Urlaub (sehr schöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte, saubere Umgebung, schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.) vorstellen. Solange wir gesund bleiben, kommen wir immer wieder.

Simple and Wonderful

The location is wonderful, located right on the beach and within walking distance of a nice little community of shops and a wonderful restaurant. The property is clean, safe and private. Communication with Gail was easy and non intrusive. It was really a nice and comfortable experience.

Nice clean updated condo right on the gulf. Can not go wrong here. Beautiful sunsets and if lucky you might even swim with a manatee like I did!! Owners are immediately responsive to calls and questions. On site management and security also very friendly and on a first name basis always helpful. Neighbors are friendly! No hesitations on this one.

We, Peter & Gail looked for a vacation/2nd home & fell in love with Clearwater Beach area. It is friendly, lots of activities, & walkable. The weather is great here & so many FLORIDA places to explore, even away from the beaches.
Our one bedroom is just the right size & we’ve updated it to feel beachy, comfy, with all the amenities one needs. Come stay and dip your toes in the water awhile to experience it for yourselves.
We are "hands on" VRBO owners working hard to make your Florida vacation great and ready to return, again.
When not in Florida we live in Nebraska. We’ve lived there most of our lives & Peter is originally from Frankfurt, Germany.
