Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Two queen beds, two queen pullout beds, and one full bed. Gorgeous backyard with pool, fountain, gazebo, patio, bbq, and small house gym. Located in a safe neighborhood with 24-hour guard and controlled access. Security cameras on outside areas of the house, wifi, and roku. Free parking and laundry on site. 12 minutes away from beaches and tourist spots. (The upstairs of house is not included in listing and is currently rented out)
