Way too noisy. Off the resort venues were loud bands, and even on the 12th floor, it sounded like they were in our backyard. Sleeping was difficult, there was no microwave and was upgraded to a handicap room that had an old refrigerator in it. The first room had no refrigerator

Fremont Street Casino

Property is fine and located Fremont street. It is the Golden Nugget Casino which was not mad apparent when we booked the property. Would have preferred a ground floor room as we had our dog with us and it was a bit of a hassle to take her out for bathroom breaks.Plenty of things to do nearby and Fremont street is fun to walk around.

Don’t like housekeeper going into your room when your not there and hotel have extra fees they charge at arrival. Tub rusted don’t look anything like pics no microwave and refrigerator in rooms either

Check in was very stressful. I was under the impression that I was fully paid up until I got to the counter and had another $200 in fees to pay. That almost ruined the entire trip. Once everything was done at the counter everything was perfect

The property Manger stated that the cancellation policy is handled on a case by case basis but did not offer us an opportunity to submit our cancellation request for review. We booked and paid for 3 days even though we never checked in.

for what we paid it wasn't as nice as the picture it was very old no channels on tv, broken hair dryer, gap to room under the doorn next to us could hear everything they said, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, no microwave, nothing most people want in a room, carpeting worn/old. upon check in the person checking us in was rude

Miscommunication

I was overcharged at check in. I was given a king size bed instead of double beds making one of the guest sleep on the floor and stayed elsewhere another night. Fake fingernail found on the floor. Neither i or my friend wear fake nails. Low water pressure. At times too low to take a proper shower. Casino and pool were good. But i was blindsided by the extra 200 charge at checkout. Very disappointed because trip was budgeted.

We had to swich our room because it was not so clean. The personal was very helpful at the front desk we had to change rooms because the one we had had problems with the water drain in the shower which was also not very clean. The other one was better but the sink drain was clogged with dirty debris. We asked maintenance who told us they would come but did not come.

Golden nugget use a text system to have your room cleaned etc…. 5 nights and 6 days and our room wasn’t touched once… despite using the text system… we took our own rubbish out… made our own bed every day and had to buy water from the nearest Walgreens…. Mentioned it to reception… well… apparently nothing to do with them….

I rent on VRBO often and all of my other rentals clearly articulate all fees. You must click more info to see the resort fee that is paid on arrival. The listing should state studio as there is no bedroom it is a basic hotel room and they try to sell you upgrades upon arrival. No need in communication with the "owner" as they do not own the property. Communication - I sent a message the day of arrival to confirm check in details and was told just look at your reservation confirmation. So whoever list this has done zero to help you. Would book directly with the hotel next time.
