Designer House with Private Beachfront in Baru
Private beach house located in Baru, just 45 minutes driving from Cartagena's Old City. With 4 bedrooms, a 20-meter infinity pool, 70 meters of private beachfront and housekeeping services; this is an ideal getaway for families, friends or couples seeking to relax in a beautiful home by the beach.

Check out is at 12pm, and check-in is after 3pm. If no guests are coming in the same day check out and check-in can be flexible
We have a maid during the day that is available for cleaning or common areas, and also help with preparing meals (guests are responsible for food purchase).
**Option to opt-in a meal plan with chef. Please ask for details.**
**No person outside the reservation is allowed to stay overnight. We stand strongly against sex tourism. All guests need to be registered prior to check-in with a copy of their passport. No guests will be allowed in the house if they have not been registered with an ID prior to check-in.**
**According to local laws, foreign residents are exempt from IVA taxes (19%) upon presentation of their passport and immigration stamp. Current rate do not include IVA taxes.**
