< 20 steps to the pool deck and ocean access

The condo is right on the ocean and has a heated pool. The small 48 unit complex is close by restaurants and the grocery store/beach shops. The city has many fun activities on weekends such as art and food festivals. Get here and don’t get in a car for days. Everything you need is nearby without driving. Bike rentals are nearby. Within 10 miles is Canaveral National Seashore. Within a half hour is Ponce Lighthouse and the Daytona Speedway. Within an hour you can get to St Augustine National Park and all that Orlando has to offer. Across the side street are two restaurants and a bar with live music 7 nights. We have overflow parking if you are hauling an RV or trailer.

Unit was fully remodeled in 2018. Owner occupied until 2024 so the finishes are modern, clean and functioning. Unit is stocked with things common in a functioning kitchen.

The overall place was amazing. Ground level, 15 steps to the pool and 30 steps to the beach; could not get any easier or better than that. The place was very clean and all the amenities were great. We would definitely use this again if we come back for sure!!

This unit is exceptional, it will not disappoint. Unobstructed ocean views, steps to the beach and pool, comfortably furnished and well-stocked, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, with a convenient central location, are some of the many reasons our stay was a complete joy. The owners were quick to respond and it was easy to communicate with them. All in all, our 5-week stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem!

What a gem we found! The condo is perfect, well stocked and very clean. The location is great and in walking distance to several restaurants , bars and shopping ! The pool and beach are just steps away. .we enjoyed sunrises and coffee on the patio in the morning and sipping wine and listening to the waves crashing at night . The owners were very responsive to our questions ! We have stayed at several different properties . This one is by far our favorite . We hope to be back soon.

Go Steelers. This property has been home for many years. Now it's a rental as the kids are grown and use it occasionally. The kids enjoyed many years here and your family will continue making memories here in our ground floor ocean front unit. This is a tried and true location since 1972 with many visitors being 3rd generation.

Why they chose this property

All 2/2 units at ORV have the same floor plan. The only difference is the age of finishes and the size of the balcony/sliders that face the ocean. This is a double view with no steps. The porch is very social with it being one of two entrances to the beach and pool. This is the perfect spot for sitting in the shade and watching the fun of a day at the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our place has been remodeled and was home until 2024. The finishes were made for our own use and are top notch. Treat this special place well by limiting the overnight occupants to FOUR. There is no pull out in the living room. The 2nd bedroom is two twin XLs and can easily be converted to a king size bed (sheets included)
