My cozy apartment is located in the district Oberlar (Troisdorf), the ideal starting point for a city break or a holiday in the beautiful Rhein-Sieg district.

The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 4 persons and is located on the first floor of a three-family house. There is a small balcony with space for two people.

Die Ferienwohnung hat seinen charmant, sie war sehr hellhörig. Leider ist das abstellen vom PKW sehr schwierig, ein Parkplatz ist mit Glück verbunden.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Troisdorf. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll war die Laufnähe zur S-Bahn Station ca. 10 Minuten und der Bäckerei Bröhl.

Great stay for Cologne

Great comfortable apartment, short distance to train station. Wasn't sure where to dispose own glass bottles, but found the bottle banks on way to the train station. Could of had some board games or pack of cards to entertain us in evenings. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect for short stays

This is a lovely apartment which has everything you need. Easy to find, with good local amenities. Gaby was really helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Jeder Zeit wieder.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles da was man so braucht. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch recht zentral. Bei einer erneuten Reise nach Troisdorf, würde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Danke.

Top Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man bracht. Auch die Lage und die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war super. Die Gegend war angenehm ruhig. Der Checkin war problemlos und Dank eines Schlüsseltresors war es auch kein Problem wenn man nicht immer gemeinsam unterwegs war. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Immer wieder schön hier

Wir waren nun schon öfters in der Ferienwohnung und kommen immer wieder gerne! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, ordentlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen und die Gegend (zwischen Köln und Bonn) ist optimal.

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet für unseren Aufenthalt mit Baby. Toaster, Eierkocher, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und sämtliches Geschirr ist vorhanden. Das Kinderreisebett war ebenfalls sehr gut. Geräumige Wohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Geräumige und modern eingerichtete Wohnung nahe Stadtzentrum Troisdorf. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe. In der Wohnung waren alle Räume vorgewärmt, so fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu Hause.

Eine schöne Zeit

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dem Apartment, weil wir eine City-Tour nach Köln gemacht haben und hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis am attraktivsten war. Dies bestätigte sich auch vor Ort. Die Tour nach Köln dauerte zwar 45 Minuten, aber das war für uns noch in Ordnung, die Anbindungen sind gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Gastgeberin total nett. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Also auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für einen einen City-Trip !

Optimale Unterkunft

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Gaby. Unterkunft ruhig gelegen. Kurzer Weg zu Autobahn Richtung Köln oder Bonn. Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden. Problem ist nur einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus zu finden. In einen der Seitenstraßen sind wir aber immer fündig geworden. Danke
