Welcome to my home!

Quietly located in the backyard is the beautiful 43m² large loft apartment with its own entrance.
The living and sleeping areas extend over two floors in an open maisonette style.

The kitchen is small and functional, but has everything you need to prepare food: stove / oven, microwave, toaster, fridge ...

The bathroom is comparatively spacious and can accommodate a large walk-in shower.

As sleep possibilities in the 1. Floor a 160x200m bed (mattress medium hard) and in the living area on the ground floor a large pull-out sofa bed available.
In the closet is a cabinet side for use freely.

English speaking guests welcome!

Entire apartment: entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, work area with desk.
Shared laundry room with a washing machine.
Parking in the backyard right outside the front door.

Other important information
- There is a shared washing machine in the shared laundry room.
- Music or video can be streamed via Chromecast or AUX to the music system and the TV: even from your own phone or laptop.
- Two monitors and keyboard + mouse are available at the desk.
- For longer stays I will pick up the post weekly.

Best room and best location

It was very nice accommodation. Smooth communication with owner, comfortable room, free parking space, very close to U bahn station.
