The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1800 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step to entrance.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV. Half bath. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower. One bedroom has dedicated desk with chair. Heating only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/king size bed and a full size trundle. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and Stunning views of Mt. Rainier, Downtown Seattle and Lake Union.

**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**Other things to note** • Only the owners have access to the outdoor camera, which is connected via a Blink hub and covers the parking area, front door, and side door.
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Had a wonderful stay in this home. A quick visit to see the Mariners play and then drop my dad at SeaTac but this home was the perfect spot for us. Great location, had everything we needed.

Great location, great for older kids, has a parking spot.
A wonderful property to stay at for families with older kids. I'd say kids above 6 would be best for this property as there are many stairs between floors, so they should be good to sleep on their own floor. There's a park right across the street that's really nice and it's about .4 from a the cute downtown Freemont area. A highlight is that this location has a dedicated parking spot!
We had a very pleasant experience overall at this townhome and never had to use our rental car after we got there until we checked out. Property was maintained well inside and had all the modern conveniences we wanted.

Christmas gathering
This was for a gathering of family between 2 states. I tried a couple times to contact property owner for an earlier check in, I didn’t get any communication back, and the cleaning person stayed just past check in time ( so don’t get there early) furniture was well used but o ok arming and neighbors where great!

This property was great for our extended family, especially since our son lived right down the street. It was great to have 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and the rooftop area. On a clear day, we could see Mt. Rainier.
Fremont is a great area to explore. Plus, it is very close to public transit. It was a first Seattle visit for some of our group. So it was great that we could easily hop on the bus and take them Pike Place Market and Seattle Place.

Overall the property is good. Only a couple things need improved. Chairs on roof to enjoy skyline need replaced, and better signage to units as uber drivers couldn't find the unit. We met them at the corner if the intersection

We had a fantastic experience staying at this clean, comfortable house with stunning views of Seattle. The location in a quiet residential neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to downtown.Communication with the property manager was quick, friendly, and effortless, and the DACK app was a game-changer! It was so convenient for all guests to access property details and entry instructions seamlessly.The only minor consideration is the single designated parking spot, but we easily found street parking for a second vehicle nearby.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return and recommend it to friends and family!

This place is amazing! The location is perfect walking distance to the Fremont Troll, close to the Fremont downtown area and only 15 to downtown Seattle. Its a very walkable area and feels very safe. The house was everything we were looking for with a great kitchen, 3 big bedrooms and a roof top patio which was a nice touch. The only note would be if you are looking for a place make sure everyone is able to do stairs. All bedrooms were on the second and third floor. This was fine for us as we are all use to stairs and able to do them without any problems. Most places in this area I would imagine have stairs to maximize the space. Would definitely stay here again. Its the perfect location to do downtown, close to Edmond and the ferry and just a nice area. Would definitely recommend to families, couples, friends etc.

Overall the stay was good for the location and was walking distance to neighborhood restaurants and market. The location was only about 10 min from downtown Seattle. The house bath rooms and kitchen had been updated and very inviting; however, the living room and bedroom furniture needed to be updated to match the wonderful decor of the kitchen and bathrooms. Also the owner should have more than 1 TV in the entire home and also ensure the roof top patio is thoroughly clean before guest arrives. The patio furniture could also be updated, so guest could utilize the roof top area.
The unit had ample amount of dishes and utensils, but no iron or iron board was provided to press clothes. Overall the place was a little above average and would be a good place to stay for a family of 5 or less

What a beautiful home, and in a fun neighborhood; we walked to the local market every day and grabbed the things we wanted for quick meals and drinks, and there were several excellent restaurants in easy walking distance, too. The rooftop deck was an added treat to a very nice stay, and the host was incredibly nice and responsive to our needs. Truly a wonderful all-around experience for the 8 of us who stayed there on our first visit to Seattle!
